A pop culture maven to some and a poser twit to others, I spend way too much time (and money) on music, movies, and gadgets to be able to arrive at some sort of definition or understanding of myself. New, old, serious, or wacky, you’ll find my tastes veering recklessly, so rest assured there’s bound to be some opinion of mine that offends, interests, or just plain bores you to tears.
My working life consists mostly in helping other people bring their writing to publishable standards, although my love affair with books ended just before I entered university. Now I read mostly to avoid eye contact while I commute (it’s less tiring than staring at the roof of the train.)
