Artscapes: Jell-O Art by Liz Hickok

Has art ever looked so yummy and jelly looked so artsy? San Francisco-based Liz Hickok has me totally blown away with her Jell-O creations. Hickok uses an array of media from video to photography to capture her ingenious gelatine creations before the decay process takes place. Lit from below to create a kaleidoscope of luminous colours and structures, you’ll never see jelly in the same light (pun intended). A taste of White House doesn’t sound that remote afterall.
